More detail on the individual rooms: Living Rooms: There are two living rooms in the house, one located upstairs off the kitchen and dining room, and one downstairs next to the 4th bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, and a beautiful fireplace. Currently there is a kids indoor trampoline and toys down in the bottom living room but will be removed if this is not of interest to you. Bedrooms: This house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 are located on the main floor with a 4th bedroom on the bottom floor, which can also serve as an office. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and an attached bathroom. Right now, one room is equipped with a crib, rocking chair and changing table for those who have small children this can easily be switched for a queen bed and standard furniture. The other rooms all have queen beds. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen at the front of the house with stainless steel appliances, cookware (pots / pans, crockpot, instant pot, griddle, coffee maker, kitchen aid mixer, etc.), cookbooks, Tupperware, kid-ready (plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and even a learning tower so they can join you at the island). Backyard: There is a patio right off the dining room where the smoker/grill is located as well as seating. During the summer this is the perfect place to watch hummingbirds. Once you walk down the stairs, you'll have the opportunity to relax on the outdoor furniture while watching your kids or dogs run around the huge backyard. There is also a playset, garden, and chiminea to enhance your outdoor enjoyment. Kid related furniture, toys, books, etc: The home has a crib, changing table, rocking chair, kids outdoor toys, kids indoor toys, books, etc. Please note, while our home has been designed with a family in mind, all kid related items can be removed for your stay.
