From Denver: Travel E-470 South towards I-70. Keep left to take CO-470 West toward Grand Junction. Travel 13 miles to the Kipling Parkway exit. Keep left to take the Kipling Parkway ramp. Turn left onto S. Kipling Street/County Hwy 25. Turn right onto W. Ute Avenue. W. Ute becomes S. Owens Street.

S. Owens Street becomes W. Deer Creek Canyon Road/County Hwy 124. Travel 4.2 miles and turn left onto S. Deer Creek Road. Travel 1.78 miles to Property on the right (look for sign).
