Assignments are designed to provide further experience and familiarity with the work of the office. Assists higher-graded specialists in projects of limited difficulty in order to become familiar with the analytic and judgmental aspects of the work and the appropriate use of applicable techniques and methods in at least two or more personnel management areas. Performs other duties as assigned. Please advise:
1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2. If education or a degree is required as part of the Specialized Experience, you must include transcripts. You will be immediately disqualified if you fail to include specialized experience in your resume. Must have Experience in each of the following:
1. At least one year of basic knowledge and working experience in personnel programs gained as a volunteer, in a classroom, or as a trainee. 2. Have basic knowledge competency of human resources business elements and can discuss terminology, concepts, merit principles, and issues related to this competency. 3. Experience in using reference and resource materials and experienced in program functions such as, maintaining personnel records, counseling, or classification and assignments.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
