Manufacturing Engineer Staff
Job Description :
RF Microelectronics Manufacturing Engineering Lead. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge of Microelectronics assembly, including MIl-Std-883 requirements. Candidate will interface with design engineers to ensure producibility of designs and drive cost savings opportunities. This position requires ongoing shop floor support, troubleshooting of assembly and test issues, and frequent contact with program personnel. Candidate will proactively identify Risks and Opportunities, develop workarounds, develop recovery plans and present to program and operations management.
Basic Qualifications
Extensive technical knowledge in Microelectronics assembly and experience in microelectronics manufacturing. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills to effectively interface between technicians, program representatives, and functional leadership.
Desired skills
Extensive technical knowledge and experience in Microelectronics manufacturing and test. Expert in Microelectronics Automation, including Automated Pick & Place, Wire Bonding, Laser Weld, Acceleration and PIND testing. Extensive experience in manufacturing processes, tooling, Production Readiness Reviews, and Manufacturing Readiness Levels on an as needed basis.
