We are seeking out achievers, leaders and visionaries who can work within a team environment (varying sizes) to design, develop multi-tier software applications. Develop unit, component and system level tests for code you and your team have implemented. Work with users to define and develop user acceptance-tests. Integrate software components into other distributed applications. Pair with and lead other developers in refactoring existing code into more maintainable and manageable code. Work with licensed engineers to implement defined structural engineering methodologies into software/code. You may be involved with coordinating requirement gathering and analysis of requirements and processes. May lead team in formulating scope and objectives for the project including overall architectural design, development of prototypes, selection of appropriate programming technologies, and implementation of tasks. Codes, tests, debug, documents, implements and maintain software applications. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external businesses issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource by providing guidance, code review, mentoring and training of specialty skills to team members.
This individual will have to pair with database developers on implementation of databases and queries. Pair with database developers on integration of data, business, and graphical tiers. Begin to develop professional relationships to assist in mentoring junior developers in software best practices and software development principals. Participate and occasionally lead investigations for the selection for new tools. Participate and occasionally lead team discussions in software best practices and software development principals.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (or related) discipline
Three or more years of demonstrable experience in OO oriented software design and development; two years specifically with .NET languages (VB.Net or C#) and the .NET Framework
One or more years experience in pattern-based development using OO design patterns and architectural patterns
Three or more years experience with multiple software development methodologies and best practices; including TDD, Agile methods (e.g. SCRUM, XP) and more traditional methods (e.g. iterative UP, waterfall, spiral)
Strong understanding of principals & concepts of object oriented design and construction
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong team development skills/attitude
Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
Academic instruction or background in principles of structural/civil engineering is a plus
Exposure to engineering analysis software, construction drawings and/or layout design is a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
