Job Description:
Assists in development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares requests for quotes (RFQ) and proposals (RFP) packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates supplier proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects subcontract source, creates subcontract documents, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with subcontract Compliance to develop purchasing policies and procedures. Coordinates with engineering, quality and finance as necessary to mitigate supplier performance risk and resolve supplier issues. Subcontract Administration is authorized to commit the company to a subcontract for products in support of launch vehicle production.

Basic Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting from a traditional college or university vs. online degree programs.
This is an entry level position. Candidates must have completed their degree between May 2012 - June 2014.
Candidate must have a cumulative GPA of 2.90 or greater on a 4.00 scale no rounding in the most current or completed degree plan.
Experience with Word, Excel and Power Point
Note: If candidate is selected for further screening, candidate must supply an unofficial college transcript upon the request of ULA (cumulative GPA and degree from current or most recent college must be validated). If a candidate is extended an offer and accepts the offer, ULA must receive an official college transcript from the college Registrar department validating the cumulative GPA and degree granted before the candidate starts at ULA.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with contracting methodologies, basic law, business knowledge/acumen (Net Present Value
(NPV)/Return on Investment (ROI), etc.) and supply chain management
Written and verbal communication skills
SAP experience
Experience working independently and in a team environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
