Ensure service meets corporate quality, security, and compliance standards. Provide documentation for ongoing support and maintenance of systems. Responsible for applying code and operation break fixes, and other maintenance activities to ensure services are running. Evaluate issues reported by clients and members, and provide ongoing solutions. Responsible for managing performance and tuning of applications. Manage service and ticket SLAs, and manage workflow to achieve SLAs. Determine configuration and operational requirements for development team. Design test criterions and test plan.
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) CA Siteminder, Oracle LDAP; 2) WebSphere 6.x and 7.x, .Net framework, IIS 6 and 7; 4) IBM-IHSweb server; Java, J2EE, Actuate, SOAP, Perl Script, .Net, C++; 5) FTP, SFTP, Connect Direct; 6) Unix, Windows OS; 7) Automation tools, such as HP Operations Orchestration, or Datapal; 8) Transaction domains, SQL; and 9) Middleware support; ITIL, BMC Remedy.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
