My customer is a pharmaceutical company located in Greenwood Village,
The Customer Relations
is responsible for developing and owning the internal Customer Relations Management (CRM) system used to track sales activity with our customer base. The
manages an inside team of sales representatives who meet sales targets through telemarketing, direct mail, and web-based sales strategies. Using data mining, analysis and organization skills this position is responsible for helping the sales management team identify customer opportunities and develop tracking and performance tools to achieve sales goals.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Being the Subject Matter Expert as it relates to the Microsoft CRM System.
Developing, analyzing and implementing enhancements to the CRM system in order to improve its effectiveness and utilization.
Work with Inside Sales team and Field Sales team to develop selling tools to improve their effectiveness and execution.
Manage Team of six Inside Sales representatives including hiring, training, coaching and directing.
Taking data from a variety of systems and applications and being able to drill down into the information to find the information which will help understand and drive the business.
Being able to simplify the complex and present the information in a clear concise manner .
Ability to handle effectively multiple projects at one time.
Prioritize work as well as meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Significant CRM experience in using and enhancing the system
Demonstrated people-oriented management experience, leading a team of people
Superior problem solving skills. Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS CRM Dynamics or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
