You will join an elite team to develop cutting edge technical capabilities for our customers utilizing groundbreaking model-based systems engineering (MBSE), web-based documentation and continuous integration continuous development (CI/CD) pipelines.
As a Fault Management Lead, you will:
Lead the development of the SV Fault Management CONOPS, Operational Plans, Analysis, Software implementation and Test Plans utilizing Model Based Systems Engineering.
Lead the development of tools, processes, and procedures to automate the generation, test and configuration management of fault and response definition tables and operational input files.
Develop innovative tools and methods for interfacing and automating tasks with Cameo MBSE software, GitLab, Jira and other engineering applications.
Lead the Fault Management Working Group to coordinate the integration of multiple component Fault Management Systems into an integrated solution, review the system level Fault Management Implementation, Verification and Validation.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related subject area, or equivalent experience Experience with one or more Systems Engineering functions including:
a) System trade studies, CONOPS, and/or System modelingb) Requirements, Interface Control Document (ICD), or Interface Definition Document (IDD) developmentc) System Integration, Fault Management, Test and/or Verificationd) Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain and investigation completed within the last 5 yearsDesired Skills:

years experience with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test, with knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system level Experience in the development of Fault Management architectures and Functional Failure Analysis (FFA).
Ability to coordinate the integration of these concepts into the software environment Experience verifying software functionality meets requirements and design objectives Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, etc) Experience with a software scripting/programming language (e.
g.
Python, HTML, Matlab, Visual Basic, C/C++, etc.
) Experience with Agile workflows and software (Jira, GitLab) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change Active TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance with the ability to maintain and investigation completed within the last 5 years.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400.

67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
'Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $135,800 - $256,000.
