Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Owner for a contract-to-hire role in Littleton, CO.
This role will be onsite/ in the office Monday- Friday during normal business hours (there are no remote options).
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams with project managers, architecture teams, software application and engineering experts, and business departments in support of the integration of an imperative platform product lifecycle.
Additional responsibilities include:
Conduct research of new product initiativesIdentify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendationsSupport Business Operating groupsAgile workflows management and delivery of software developmentCoordination with other technical teams on cloud environments, data ingestion and integration with other operating platformsQualificationsBA/BS in a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science); and/or equivalent experience.

Proven track record building strong relationships.
Passion for building great products, continuous improvement, agile software development and technology.
Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to frequently changing circumstances and take the ball and run with it.

years experience demonstrating strong analytical skills and understanding of how business requirements translate into technology solutions.
Experience creating targeted analysis documentation, story maps, sample flows and charts or other technical docs to support system requirements.
Ability to see and document process flows and user journeys at a macro level, and delving into the details that matter.
Ability to document requirement gaps in such a manner that they can be fulfilled by a technical team.
The ideal candidate is experienced in product management, able to identify industry trends and best practices and translate requirements from the business into features and user stories.
The analyst will therefore have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and excellent critical thinking skills.
Additional InformationThis contract-to-hire role will be onsite/in the office during normal business hours Monday-Friday (there are no remote options).
Upon full time/permanent hire conversion, this role will pay up to $150,000 per year and include a benefits package to include 401K match, Medical/Dental/Vision plans available, FSA/HSA, PTO, and ESPP.
