The Director of Tax Offer Development is a new role that will lead the strategy, offer development, and execution for tax-aware planning and investing at Schwab.
In this role as an individual contributor working in a hybrid office environment, you will design and build a tax planning offer for advisors to deliver to Schwab's end clients at scale in a hybrid setting.
In the near-term, you will construct and prioritize the roadmap, evaluate technology solutions, and set us up for future investments that align to our vision.
As part of the Wealth Strategies Group, you'll support our investor and advisor services businesses mass affluent and high net worth client needs by enhancing our expertise, delivery and services through our client facing organization and specialists.
As the Director of Tax Offer Development, you will:
Create a compelling vision and strategy for tax advice at SchwabBuild the offer roadmap and manage go-to-market and implementation plansBecome an expert in the needs, expectations, and pain points of clients and advisors in advice and wealth management Assess competitive environment, industry trends, current strengths and gaps, as well as field representative needsDeliver data-driven recommendations on opportunities to enhance the end-to-end client experience Design our success metrics and business cases, market sizing, and economic analysis, using both primary and secondary researchDevelop clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership that will be used to influence the strategic direction of the client experience and our advice offeringLead strategic initiatives that continue to enhance our offering and drive business impactDevelop and handle strong relationships with cross-enterprise business partners, stakeholders, executives, and client-facing representatives What you haveExpertise in tax topics, including designing and delivering tax-related programs, enhancements, and offersStrong strategic planning, problem solving, project management, and offer management skillsTrack record of designing and implementing end-to-end experiences that achieve superior results for the end user at scaleExperience in successfully gathering data and synthesizing insights to understand client needs, attitudes, and emotions and inform design and positioning of products and servicesExceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills; strong emotional intelligence and senior-level executive presence.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
