You will be part of our rapidly growing Infrastructure Design Department, which includes structural, geotechnical, civil, drainage, roadway, rail, and materials disciplines, is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on the design-build delivery of infrastructure projects.District OverviewKiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design-Build team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects. LocationThis role will be based out of Kiewit's Lone Tree, CO or Westlake, TX office; opportunity for a remote location based on individual's qualifications and experience.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have thorough knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), the transportation market, and the Design Build contractual model (typical scopes, schedules, and contractual requirements) in order to develop and implement the project-specific quality program.A strong background in performing design and design quality management on large DB infrastructure projects.Quality management on Rail transit design build project(s) is required.Ability to write design quality procedures and project specific design quality management plans (DQMPs).QualificationsAt least 15 years' experience in quality assurance / management in the transportation or constructions design build related area.A broad working knowledge of the trades, disciplines, associated special processes, inspection and testing techniques. construction industry codes, standards, and jurisdictional requirements associated with transportation design build projects.Self-starter with organizational, managerial, and leadership skills. Must be able to manage a project team, have effective organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong public speaking and technical writing skills. Must be able to communicate to large groups as well as management and client teamsLicensed Professional Engineer or P. Eng is requiredASQ Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification is requiredAbility to travel to project locations or as business necessitatesOther Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
