Superintendent
A highly-respected commercial construction company is seeking a Superintendent to join their organization. This company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the minimum of $5M - $50M range. Focusing on client relationship building they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients.
Our company offers a full range of services with expertise in all sectors of the construction industry. Areas of focus are Multi-Family Housing, Commercial, and Remodel.
Myriad of Historical Renovations, Small/Unique, and Repair Projects Ranging from Blackhawk to Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs

Superintendent
Qualifications:
- Ground-up experience and remodel
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field, plus four years of commercial construction experience; or the combination of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the position
- 5 Years experience, 2 years as Assistant Super
Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office
- Competent to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
