We are seeking a full-time friendly, efficient and professional Client Service Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) is frequently the first person a client encounters when contacting the clinic and as such is tremendously valuable to the practice.
The CSR provides world-class customer service which serves to positively impact our business.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
The CSR plays a key role in the hospital's success, as his/her immediate interaction with clients impacts revenue, repeat visits and overall satisfaction.
While this position does not have any clinical duties, the CSR will work hand-in-hand with Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians.
The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
Customer service functions, including:
greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing of payments.
Managing medical records, reports and correspondence.
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) in exam rooms and lobby area.
Candidates must be willing to work a full-time schedule.
The schedule for this position is currently Mon.
, Tues.
, Wed.
, from 12pm to 10pm and Saturday from 8am to 6pm.
