Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will help define, measure, and implement critical consumer device trade-in programs & strategies within the Device Services team. Ranging from product launches, developing business requirements with IT partners, collaboration with internal stakeholders, product testing & validation to executive reporting. This role reports through Wireless Product leadership and spans our brands and channels supporting our Retail Wireless business.Key
Responsibilities:
Be the primary owner of Device Trade-In platform and products across the wireless organization that supports retail & enterprise customers Build strategies for these products that are highly competitive, cost-effective, and fit with internal and external customer needs Plan and implement program requirements cross-functionally with various other teams (Accounting, Financial Planning, Forecasting/Budgeting, Marketing, Sales, Ops, IT) Develop and maintain program measurement tools and key performance indicators Ensure the timely distribution of updates, implementations, and initiatives, work to automate processes where possible, and utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues Work with external vendors and partners to optimize the Trade-In platform and products #LI-LM1 Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and
Experience:
Experience with Consumer Electronic Trade-In vendor platforms and services a plus Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field 7
years of experience in a product management/ownership environment, preferably in the telecom, technology, or consumer electronics industries Skills and

Strong interpersonal skills, well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials to communicate effectively with senior executives Intellectual curiosity, outstanding problem solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to seek, organize, analyze, and draw valid conclusions with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to define strategic direction/product roadmap for device financing, and monitor outcomes based on data across all brands and channels Experience working with external partners and vendors that provide a variety of consumer financial solutions Knowledge of financial data and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Excel and SQL) Solid understanding of KPIs that drive Wireless industry Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced dynamic environment Salary RangesCompensation:
