Pay Range$78,700.
00-$108,200.
00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
Position Overview:
The Senior Technical Service Specialist responds to technical questions related to JM's products from external and internal sources.
The incumbent will be responsible for answering technical questions covering a range of topics including product performance and installation, building codes, product selection and sales support.
The employee will work with the team on special projects to deliver What's New to maintain and elevate JM as the supplier of choice and market thought leader.
? Your Day-to-Day:
Respond to a variety of technical questions Recommend products based on local business codes Assist JM Sales with technical questions from local building inspectors Answer questions on product installation Assist customers with trouble shooting product issues at job sites Conduct training sessions for internal and external customers May be required to perform other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of technical experience.
Working knowledge of JM and competitive building products Working knowledge of building codes Working knowledge of product installation Ability to use building modeling software Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 50 pounds Minimal travel required (0 - 10 days per year) Work environment is typical of an office setting Anticipated deadline to apply:
