Employees are eligible for discounts on vehicles, parts and service Responsibilities Schedule appointments, and manage calendars and meeting availability.
Prepare office communications including but not limited to drafting and distributing company wide emails, memos and other correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
May take detailed meeting minutes.
Generate and format scheduled or ad hoc reporting or financial statements using advanced Excel.
Create or maintain electronic, or physical, filing systems.
Receive, distribute and respond to incoming calls, mail or digital correspondence Proactively resolve issues and troubleshoot a variety of situations.
Participate on special projects or initiatives, as needed.
Must maintain confidentiality and practice discretion with sensitive conversations and information.
Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
4 or more years of administrative experience supporting leadership is preferred.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize important activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities.
Microsoft Office Products, Google Suite and other software products as required.
Advanced Excel skills are required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
