Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage social media accounts and create compelling content for various platforms - Monitor social media trends, topics, and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategies - Process daily orders and assist with reporting and other organizational tasks.
- Support online customer service communications and issue resolution.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role - Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices - Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.
