RegularYour Opportunity Investor Advice Solutions is a team that includes Schwab Wealth Advisory, Centralized Service & Operations, and Wealth Strategies Consulting Group.
Schwab Wealth Advisory offers fee-based and non-discretionary investment advisory services, providing clients with personal relationships, specialized service, and ongoing advice based on Schwab's investment approach.
The Centralized Service & Operations group supports Fixed Income and Schwab Wealth Advisory clients through phone teams.
The Wealth Strategies Consulting Group addresses complex wealth management needs and offers specialized products to meet various financial objectives.
As a Senior Regional Manager, you will lead and support a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative environment.
Your role is focused on growing and supporting the client base that your team serves.

As a leader, you inspire your team by providing support and fostering the collaborative Schwab culture.
Building collaborative relationships:
You establish and nurture relationships with internal partners and clients.
Internal partners include Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executives, and Directors within the Investor Advice Solutions division.
Developing others:
We are seeking an individual with extensive financial services experience who can share their knowledge with the team of CFP or CFA investment professionals.
Managing change:
You will strategize and design plans to ensure that asset and service targets are met.
Managing performance:
This role includes monitoring client interactions, coaching to improve service and advice quality, and overseeing the daily planning and execution provided to SWAI clients.
This also involves handling compliance and administrative tasks inherent in our industry.
Essential skills for this role include:
CFP designation, CFA designation, or a Master's Degree in Personal Financial Planning required (may consider 24-month condition of employment) Bachelor's Degree required Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required Active and valid FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE) Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE) Five plus years of experience in the financial services industry Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience strongly preferred In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
