Join our growing team today! Position Summary The Service Dispatcher coordinates the schedules of the workmen and the customer, the prompt distribution of materials, and the electronic, paper, and telephone communication between the company and purchasing party.
The Dispatcher maintains the flow and efficiency of completing the operations process.
Pay Range:
$26.
89 - $38.
78 per hr.
plus potential profit share.

Provides customer with confirmation of work completed with phone calls, reports and invoices Demonstrates capability and interest in training others Assures that no work is performed outside contractual obligations without compensation Provides sales with qualified leads and alerts sales about competitive sales efforts Knows who in sales is responsible for each account Schedules service to satisfy contract requirements and optimize manpower utilization while monitoring customer satisfaction Schedule service techs 3 days in advance to minimize unallocated time and general office confusion Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications 2 year business education and 3 years of dispatch experience or relevant administration/coordination experience Computer literacy and capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to handle a heavy work load of calls while maintaining a high degree of accuracy Working Conditions Environment:
Alcohol and Drug-free Indoor, office environment Physical Requirements Routine sitting, lifting, bending, and kneeling Ability to lift 25 lbs.
