Policy Updates:
Keep customers informed of changes or updates to their policies.
Exceptional Service:
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Cross-Selling:
Collaborate with the agency team to help achieve sales goals.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks, including copying, mailing, media management, and maintaining the company CRM.

Requirements:
Customer Service
Experience:
2 years of customer service experience is required.
Sales
Experience:
An additional 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
Technology Proficiencies:
Ability to effectively use CRM and implement new processes for efficiency.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Insurance Industry Knowledge:
A current understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.
Work Arrangement:
This position is typically hybrid, offering both in-person and remote work opportunities.
