Franchise Owner Description:
Works with the owner and manager to coordinate the overall marketing plan for multiple SafeSplash locations.
Manages social media platforms, coordinates posts, manages monthly news letters and establishes and maintains relationships with various community organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Coordinate overall marketing plan for multiple Safesplash locations.
Manages marketing budget.
Manage various social media accounts including SOCi, Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Coordinates enrollment email campaigns.
Provides regular social media updates, responds to posts, reviews and approves posts.
Publish a monthly digital newsletter.
Work with parents and students for social media posts as needed.
Manage swag, branded material, giveaways, retail merch.
Coordinate special programs and events.
Coordinate communications with local schools, day care, 501c, Special Olympics, Autism Speaks and other organizations for special initiatives and general enrollment.
Be familiar with and keep up with brand standards.
Promote water safety.
Helps maintains client records for active and non-active clients, engage with active enrollments and periodically reach out to inactive users.
Prepares and tracks donations to non-profit organizations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Perform other duties as needed.
Position Qualifications and Requirements:
Happy and professional disposition; well versed in digital media and social media platforms Strong communication skills including telephone, verbal and written communication Experience with computer scheduling software Experience using various social media platforms Dependable and flexible schedule:
will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends Preferred
