Working closely with Legal and Human Resources departments, this role is responsible for evaluating, interpreting, and providing input on appropriate policies and procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws and protocols.
In addition, this role will provide guidance on Associate relation activities, conducting basic investigations, providing recommendations, and facilitating improvement activities and initiatives based on applicable employment laws and protocols.
Along with CO, KS and NM, this position is open to remote/out of state candidates residing in only these states:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
High School Diploma or GED, required Bachelor Degree,preferred.
3 years' of progressive experience in Human Resources or related field 2 years' experience with employee relations and knowledge on conducuting investigations in a manner that ensures consistency and collaboration Extensive knowledge and experience in employment law Ability to listen, but also to persuasively convey opinions and recommendations Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask Effective written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels Ability to be viewed as approachable and objective Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs.
