Creative Lead, Retail Wireless Marketing

Job Duties and Responsibilities Leads the brand creative and design strategy for Retail Wireless projects, ensuring all work output is in line with brand objectives and guidelines.
Serves as brand expert for how and our brand positioning and capabilities are communicated in the marketplace.
Liaises with outside agencies as well as DISH's internal creative agency, OneTen.
Oversees the planning and creation of all external facing sales materials including annual sales presentation, sales decks, videos, sell sheets, eblasts, thought leadership content and premiums/gifting.
Oversees Graphic Designer, reviewing all work and managing creative vision.
Works with Marketing Lead on maintaining brand presence (design voice) across brand touchpoints including website, social platforms, event sponsorships.
Work with designer and web team to update web pages and content on rolling basis Oversees general site design to ensure brand consistency Acts as the program expert for the adoption and maintaining of marketing platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Brandfolder, Hubspot, Hive project management.
Maintains each of these platforms including ongoing content creation, maintenance and user experience.
Handles relationships with software vendors.
Continually updates Digital Asset Management software as collateral is produced.
Coordinates internal team branding and communication including all team meeting decks, annual strategic offsite, etc.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Experience:
3
years experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital media, agency, or brand environment.
Experience in design and management of web-based platforms Strong project management skills to ensure multiple projects with varying timelines, needs, and approvals inputs are completed successfully.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge in the Adobe Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
After Effects experience is preferred.
Must have an understanding of layout, typography, color theory, as well as other Graphic Design knowledge.
Experience with preflight, proofing, print production, and digital production.
Lite copywriting skills.
Some coding skills a plus.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus.
Team player mentality.
Salary Range Compensation:
$63,150.
00/Year - $90,000.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
