SNI Technology's top client is immediately seeking to hire an IFS ERP Engineering Analyst for an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity! Please note this is a M-F, 8-5 onsite position working out of our client's Canton, OH office.
This position also offers the option of working 100% onsite at our client's Centennial, CO office.
Relocation assistance may also be provided for qualified candidates.

Summary:
The IFS and ERP Engineering Analyst will work as part of a team of ERP and business experts to formulate and implement best business and system practices in using IFS ERP, SharePoint, Project Server, and company's Product Data Management (PDM) in both domestic and international operations.
These efforts will include new projects on existing companies across multi-department and/or multi-company situations in moving company towards the use of best practices.
This position will use a combination of business experience and education in design and manufacturing engineering, warehousing, project management, and IT.
This position will work with operations in various locations including Brazil, China, USA, Vietnam, UK, and Poland.
This position will be a key part of a team architecting business and IT solutions using best practices in manufacturing, machine shop, assembly, warehouse, global part sales, and Information and Technology.
This role requires working across business organizations and levels including functional and technology leadership, sales, product management, and operations with a focus on collaboration.
Documenting business conclusions via text and diagrams is commonplace.
Validating correct function of new enhancements/changes once they have been implemented is also often required.
This position is a critical part of IFS and business support within company's Global, multi-company, multi-currency, multi-site IFS implementations.
This position will be expected to be on-call and provide support to global operations.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following:
Participate and lead various components in company's ERP, Project Server, IFS Projects, and PDM solutions.
This includes executing and sometimes leading mid-to-large scale implementations including engineering, warehousing, manufacturing & assembly, operations, and ERP and other Information Technology solutions in a global multi-company company.
Business functional focus is in Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and architecting of best practice IT solutions including implementations of company's ERP, SharePoint, Project Server, and other pieces.
Other business area knowledge will be needed including accounting (cost and corporate), warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, purchasing, and sales.
Works with management to prevent or remove obstacles, conduct business architecture and process optimization design, and to deliver quality products and services to internal and external customers.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Learn, analyze, and document complex system configurations, data movement, and business impact.
Developing core understanding of the integration of all business and technology systems.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Minimal requirements for education, knowledge, and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, MIS, Business Computer Systems, Computer Science, and/or International Business degree or equivalent experience.
MBA a plus.

years relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering a plus 4
years in implementing, supporting, and maintaining IFS ERP solutions with business experience in manufacturing, assembly, accounting, and Information Technology a plus.
Experience in using large scale ERP solutions such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or others required.
Business acumen to understand business needs, flows, systems, drivers, and processes.
Proven track record of working across organizations, particularly development and product management.
Able to juggle multiple assignments, acting as leader or contributor, working with multiple groups in different parts of the organization.

The salary range for this position is $140K base annually

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
