The selected candidate for this position will report to the Intelligence, Reconnaissance, Surveillance & Strategic Effects Division's Business Operations Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for an exciting DoD program with multiple Delivery Orders.
Many of the Delivery Orders have an Earned Value reporting requirement.
The program team is located at the LM RMS Deer Creek/Littleton location.
Specific responsibilities will include monthly program reporting and analysis and close interaction with the Program Manager, CAMs, program and finance team members.
Candidate will have financial skills to forecast and analyze new awards, sales, profit and cash, and assist the Program and Business Operations Managers in the development of the annual Long Range Plan.
The selected candidate will perform Program cost analysis, reconciliations, generate monthly earned value metrics and other financial responsibilities for the ISR & SE Division.
RMSLI2021Basic QualificationsCandidate should 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Preferably supporting DoD programs with various contract types including CPFF, FFP and T&MCandidate should have financial skills to tract and report monthly program costs against established budgets, and perform variance analysis against budgetsCandidate should have experience in working with program personnel to develop monthly Estimates to Complete/Estimates at completion, with understanding for variances from previous EACCandidate should have strong analytic skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPointCandidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have experience working in a collaborative team environment with program personnel from other functional disciplinesDesired skillsIdeal candidate should have experience in development of Earned Value techniques, including development of program EV baselines, maintaining monthly EV metrics, and development and implementation of baseline changesIdeal candidate should have financial skills to forecast and analyze monthly new awards, sales, profit and cash for programs, and have experience in the development of financial Long Term Plans of 3-5 yearsIdeal candidate may have experience with SAP, and EV tools including Open Plan and CobraEEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay StatementPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $86,700 - $166,300.

67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay StatementPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $99,800 - $187,900.
