Marketing Support Specialist
Circuit Media is seeking an experienced Marketing Support Specialist with a strong background in design, branding and concepting to join our team.
This position is in support of the Colorado Army Reserve National Guard (COARNG).
As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing efforts of the COARNG.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (Preferred) Marketing:
5 years of experience with branding and concepting (Required) Experience with WordPress, SEO, graphic design, trade show coordination, and content creation (Preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred) Your responsibilities will include:
Managing all internal and external communications, such as social media, website, and newsletter distribution.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including holiday programs, special events, and outside events.
Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
Updating and maintaining different program websites to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
Assisting with various program events to ensure seamless execution and maximize promotional impact and engagement.
Conducting surveys to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
Creating, updating, and ordering marketing materials for various programs and staff members.
Procuring necessary items to support marketing initiatives.
Managing office equipment and maintaining office contact lists.
Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across different branches.
Identifying opportunities for future growth and providing strategic recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.
An ideal candidate will possess the following additional qualifications and skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Proficiency in social media platforms and website maintenance.
Experience in office management and corporate event planning.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
Proactive approach to continuously updating skills and supporting coworkers and supervisors effectively.
Consistently delivers tasks effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity.
