Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a talented Staff Program Manager to join our team.
This individual will play a critical role in driving the creation, standardization, and optimization of sales processes, systems, and tools.
With a specific focus on e-commerce, the Staff Program Manager will be responsible for channel profitability, gross adds, cost per gross add, and effective day-to-day management of our relationship with a large e-commerce partner.
To succeed in this role you are a results-oriented professional with expertise in sales operations and account management with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while nurturing key partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to optimize sales processes, focusing on operational efficiency, user experience, sales performance, and partner management specific to a large e-commerce partner Accountable for achieving channel profitability targets by managing costs, optimizing resources, and implementing revenue enhancement strategies specific to the large e-commerce partner Drive gross adds and manage cost per gross add for the designated sales channel, monitoring and optimizing performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective channel management, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and the large e-commerce partner Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the large e-commerce partner, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and ongoing partnership; leading as the day-to-day key point of contact Develop and execute a roadmap for the designated channel, aligning with overall business objectives and ensuring successful launch planning and execution, with specific consideration for the large e-commerce partner Monitor and analyze sales systems' performance within the channel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and manage system enhancement projects specific to the designated sales channel and the requirements of the large e-commerce partner, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and user adoption Skills, Experience and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus Proven experience (6
years) in program management, sales operations, account management, or a related field, with a strong focus on systems optimization, process improvement, and user-centric solutions Technical proficiency and understanding of sales systems and tools, with a track record of driving system enhancements and optimizing sales processes Demonstrated experience collaborating with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and successfully implementing system enhancements Strong knowledge of CRM systems and other sales-related technologies.
Experience with system integration, customization, and data analytics is highly desirable Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver results on time and within budget Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales operations and account management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including IT teams, sales teams, senior management, and key accounts, particularly the large e-commerce partner Results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and driving sales growth Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs #LI-BT4#LI-BT4 Salary Range Compensation:

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
