Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Go-to-Market Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the Go-to-Market Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of various go-to-market initiatives across Boost Infinites products and services.
Your expertise in strategic planning, marketing program management and cross-functional leadership will be essential in ensuring the successful launch and promotion of our offerings.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Collaborate with senior leadership, product management, and marketing teams to define and refine go-to-market strategies for new product launches or market expansions.
Align go-to-market activities with business objectives, market research, and customer insights.
Program Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to guide the successful execution of go-to-market initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure their requirements and expectations are met throughout the go-to-market process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their needs, concerns, and feedback effectively.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams involved in go-to-market initiatives.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and track the performance and impact of go-to-market initiatives against predefined KPIs and targets.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance go-to-market processes, methodologies, and tools.
Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability in go-to-market program management.
Skills, Experience and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience in brand/marketing management, go-to-market strategy, or a related role.
Strong understanding of go-to-market principles, product marketing, and product lifecycle management.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

$76,300.
00/Year - $109,000.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
