Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing operations to facilitate sales channel expansion and optimization for Boost Infinite.
This role will analyze current sales operations and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with the sales team to implement strategies and tactics to ensure Boost Infinite meets aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current sales operations and processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase sales channel expansion and ensure aggressive growth targets are met.
Facilitate collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Develop and maintain reporting and tracking systems to assess performance and measure success.
Analyze and interpret sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales channels.
Skills, Experience and RequirementsIdeal candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree or 6
years of relevant work experience 4
years of experience in business operations Past wireless experience is a plus Solid understanding of how to convert analyzed data and insights into effective solutions and logical, easy-to-consume presentations Ability to create and deliver a data-backed 'story' to executive audiences Strong business acumen Desired high proficiency soft skills and experience Adaptability - key in our fast-paced, ever-changing environment Communication - collaborates with individuals across multiple teams Problem-solving skills - finds multiple viable solutions for a challenge Analytical skills - processes large amounts of data Critical thinking - determines what data and information is useful for the task Active Listening - Consultative Communication Storytelling & influencing Customer-first mindset Desired high proficiency hard skills and experience MS Excel / Google Sheets MS Powerpoint / Google Slides Tableau Meeting management, local and remote #LI-BT4#LI-BT4#LI-BT4 Salary Range Compensation:
