The Retention Marketing team is responsible for increasing customer value and retention.
We implement strategies and tactics throughout the customer lifecycle to enhance the customer journey and UX.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for leading a team of marketers in developing, implementing and measuring lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, NPS, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Lead and develop team of marketers responsible for customer lifecycle strategy Develop strategies and tactics to meet critical retention objectives and to enhance the customer user experience from initial activation through end of life Utilize data and analytics to define new strategies that reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value Partners closely with the Analytics team and vendors to develop and apply advanced analytics to improve results Plan ongoing testing efforts to improve campaign performance.
Ensure valid test execution when executing concurrent campaigns.
Coordinate testing post mortems with Finance and Analytics teams Ensures successful tests results are quickly scaled Develop dashboards and reporting on major team initiatives.
Publish key learnings from testing.
Manage and own ongoing marketing initiatives including business case development, creative brief development, cross-functional coordination, targeting and testing.
Facilitate and lead collaboration within the retention marketing team and across functions to create and implement go-to-market strategies Define and direct the development of quantitative analyses needed for decision-making Develop and present business cases for marketing investments with support from finance Expand teams capabilities to reach customers with emerging technologies (e.
g.
AI) and advanced analytics Expand teams use of data to increase personalization and automation Leverage automation technologies to improve capabilities and efficiencies Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or related field from a recognized 4-year college or university 7
years of experience in digital marketing and track record of delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIs Outstanding quantitative orientation with expertise in data analysis Extensive lifecycle and CRM marketing experience in large scale consumer marketing environment Experience managing a team, providing leadership, guidance and support Experience executing effective campaigns through email, SMS and push notification channels Highly effective leadership skills and and drive to accomplish assigned initiatives Excellent communication skills and cross-functional relationship management skills Oversee the development and execution of all transactional and legally required messages sent to customer Collaborate with teams (IT, Marketing, CXO, Billing & Credit) on technical requirements related to API-triggered messages Plan, develop and implement profitable CRM strategies and tactics to increase retention, engagement and ARPU Continuously seek to improve campaign performance through improved targeting; offer testing; channel testing; and creative enhancements Strategically and tactically manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously Facilitate and lead collaboration within the retention marketing team and across functions to develop and implement go-to-market strategies Define and direct quantitative analyses needed for decision-making Develop and present business cases for marketing investments with support from finance Identify and test new channels and approaches to reach the customer base.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
