They can run the restaurant in the General Manager's absence.
An AGM oversees operations in new hire training and orientation, inventory, scheduling, safety and sanitation, and executing great food and guest hospitality.

Must be 21 and authorized to work in the United States Ability/flexibility to work 45-55
hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays Self-discipline and initiative A developer of team members to higher level positions in the restaurant Dedication to providing exceptional hospitality and guest service Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage, train and motivate a diverse employee group 2-3 years restaurant management experience
