The Lube Technician is responsible for performing vehicle quality maintenance, including tasks such as preparing detailed service reports, replacing wiper blades and car batteries, changing motor oil and performing tire rotations, and inspecting and servicing transmission and brake fluid as needed.
Additionally, the technician should be able to clean vehicle interiors during maintenance tasks.
This entry-level position offers opportunities for career growth, leading to becoming a full automotive line technician.

Essential Functions:
Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and following dealership standards.
Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing technology.
Inspect and test vehicles and record findings for necessary repairs to be made.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States A minimum of 1 year of lube maintenance experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate) Who We Are:
