Landscape architecture, construction, and maintenance company Designs By Sundown has an opening for a full-time Landscape Design Support position at our Littleton location.
This position is responsible for creating residential irrigation and landscape lighting designs in AutoCAD, completing take-offs on designs, and procuring materials.
The individual will also aid with the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians.

Responsibilities:
Design residential landscape irrigation and landscape lighting systems in AutoCAD Create as builts for irrigation and landscape lighting systems in AutoCAD Complete takeoffs of irrigation and landscape lighting designs Place orders and coordinate deliveries of irrigation and landscape lighting materials Schedule irrigation and lighting technicians to complete installations, service calls, and establishment checks Work closely with Project Managers to meet project timelines Notify clients of scheduled services Receive, process, and schedule work orders and contracts Collect detailed client information to be entered into CRM in a timely and accurate manner Generate reports including but not limited to job cost, performance metrics, etc.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented Disciplined organizational habits Strong Communication Skills--written and oral Safety:

Employees will understand and perform daily risk assessments of daily tasks even when skilled or experienced in the given task.
Employees will attentively participate in all applicable safety training and topics for their job function.
