A Tire Service Technician performs the following duties, including but not limited to:
Installs new tires and wheels Performs maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs Participates in training, follows safety procedures, job duties, and company policies Conducts essential tire maintenance and cleaning Who You Are:
You are customer-focused and hold the quality of your work to a high standard You have strong attention to detail and are focused on meeting or exceeding productivity, service standards, and customer retention You are a team player, and when under pressure, you maintain a positive attitude with customers, peers, and management You have a sense of urgency and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment You like to learn new things and are looking for an opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry You have a strong work ethic, and attendance is a priority You make every customer feel as if they are the most important customer of the day Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Possess a valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle record Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States Who We Are:
