In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service all while delivering medical equipment and demonstrating superior product knowledge.
You will help create an experience that will make our customer feel welcome and comfortable.
To us, nothing feels better than being able to improve the lives of our customers by finding the best medical equipment solutions available.
Our Drivers are responsible for competent, efficient, and friendly delivery, set-up, and pick-up of medical equipment.
You will be the face of You Can Home Medical Supplies, greeting and training our customers on how to use their medical equipment with the utmost care.
This role will require on-call work, estimated to be about one week out of the month.
What You'll Do in This Role:
Delivering and setting-up equipment and supplies efficiently and providing clear instructions to client.
Arranging for efficient and cost-effective routes and deliveries.
Picking up equipment in a timely manner.
Safely operating company vehicles, while also performing routine care when called for.
Assisting with the cleaning and repair of all equipment while in-store and when time permits.
Being on-call per company schedule.
Answering phones inquiries from customers regarding the delivery of products.
Restocking store with products as needed.
Attending in-store meetings.
Possessing knowledge of supplies and pricing, as well as reimbursement issues.
Assisting with inventory control.
Keeping confidentiality at all times.
Performing other duties as deemed appropriate by management.
What We'll Need from You:
A valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
A High School Diploma or a G.
E.
D.
Ability to carry up to 60 lbs.

Great customer service skills, with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Ability to learn about the products and accessories You Can Home Medical Supplies carries and be able to educate and recommend products to customers to drive sales.
A polite, positive, and cooperative attitude, and willingness to be part of a team.
A commitment to upholding a neat and clean professional appearance.
